Hon. Moses Kuria is the Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Public Service, Performance, and Delivery Management. Before that, he served as Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Investments, Trade, and Industry. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Business Administration Degree from the University of Nairobi.
